My stay at this hotel was a mix of great and could-be-better. The rooms were spacious and felt almost like a 4.5-star experience with their new trendy design and quality furnishings. However, our room only had a small window facing the backside courtyard, which was a bit disappointing. The service was top-notch, from a super welcoming check-in to the friendly staff clearing breakfast early. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to the main shopping area and within walking distance of many restaurants. The dining experience was a bit weird, but I appreciated the mix of Western and Japanese options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor quirks.

This hotel was truly a gem! The rooms were the best we had by a mile, especially with breakfast included, making it a great value for the room. They were very spacious compared to all other hotel rooms we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The service was top-notch, very friendly and welcoming, and they were amazing and could understand English, which was a big plus for all the coffee lovers. The location was excellent, right in the center of the city of Hiroshima, close to the main Okonomiyaki destination, many bars, and izakayas, with plenty to see, eat, drink, and do. The dining experience was well curated with good quality seasonal dishes. Overall, a fantastic stay with a lot to offer!
